This model of BMW featured a wealth of upgrades and replaced the popular e53 X5. These upgrades included a double-wishbone suspension, third-row seating, and a state-of-the-art iDrive system. Bouncy, noisy suspension: The BMW e70 X5 utilizes the double-wishbone suspension which is known to be bouncy or noisy, even on relatively smooth roads.

Transmission shifting problems: At around 50 mph, or during long drives or commutes, some drivers report their BMWs have an issue shifting into higher gears. Allowing the engine to cool can sometimes resolve this issue.

We disinfect the surface area of every vehicle that we go in. We sterilize every piece of mail and received parts as each arrives. All of our staff are required to wear gloves and masks so please don’t be scared if you come to the shop. These measures are necessary to ensure we stay healthy for you and our families.
✅ We are now offering courtesy pick-up and drop-off services, excluding oil changes and FREE Vehicle Health Checks. Charges apply over 25 miles ($1.50 per mile).
✅ You must have an appointment. When you arrive for your appointment, pull up to the cones or park in a parking spot in the adjacent lot (white building). After parking, place keys in the blue dropbox.
✅ All inspections, estimates, approvals, payments will all be handled digitally. No cash will be accepted at this time.
✅ Upon completion of work and time for pickup, we will call you to see if you want to pick up your car or if you would like to arrange a dropoff.
✅ When your vehicle is complete, we will call you to coordinate pickup at our shop or we can dropoff to you. If you are picking up, we will text you a code so you can retrieve your keys from a secure lockbox once you arrive on site.
