A FREE Inspection includes a visual inspection of brakes, suspension, tires, and fluids, a visual inspection of engine bay for oil and coolant leaks, and fault code scan. If your vehicle has a known issue, a diagnostic will be required.

Shop visits are by appointment only. No squeeze ins, stop ins, or drop ins. All appointments must be dropped off except for oil changes or if you have made other arrangements with our team. Please be advised all missed appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost if you do not provide 24 hour notice of reschedule or cancellation. Please also be advised that in the event of any unexpected wait times, other clients’ vehicles may take longer than expected to diagnose and treat so unfortunate delays do occur. We will get to your vehicle as soon as possible and we will contact you when your car is ready for pickup. If your car is 15 years or older, service and repair times may take longer, and more parts and more labor time may be needed to complete the work due to the age and condition of parts.

What precautions are we taking during COVID-19 to ensure the health of our staff and customers?

✅ We keep a super clean shop, but we have kicked things up. We have completely disinfected our building with a hospital-grade disinfectant, which we are doing 3 times per day. We disinfect the surface area of every vehicle that we go in. We sterilize every piece of mail and received parts as each arrives. We follow CDC guidelines regarding wearing gloves and masks, and keeping a 6 foot distance.

✅ We offer courtesy towing for repairs that exceed $1,750 (up to 25 miles). Each additional mile is $4 per mile. If your repairs are less than $1,750, our tow costs are $85 for pickup which includes the first 10 miles and $4 per mile.

✅ You must have an appointment. When you arrive for your appointment, pull up to the cones or park in a parking spot in the adjacent lot (white building). After parking, place keys in the blue dropbox at the first door of the main warehouse. If you have scheduled a quick service appointment and need to wait, we have a very comfortable climate-controlled waiting area with complimentary bottled water, snacks, and wifi.

✅ All inspections, estimates, approvals, payments will all be handled digitally. No cash will be accepted at this time.

✅ When your vehicle is complete, we will send your inspection and your estimate digitally. Once your invoice is paid, we will text you a code so you can retrieve your keys from a secure lockbox on site.

What kinds of cars do we service?

We service Audi, Bentley, BMW, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes Sprinter Vans, McLaren, MINI Cooper, Porsche, Rolls Royce, Volkswagen, and Volvo. Our Mechanics are Factory Trained Master Technicians that are required to maintain their certifications.

What’s included in a FREE Inspection?

Our FREE Inspections for Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, MINI Cooper, Porsche, and Volkswagen Drivers include a visual inspection of brakes, tires, and fluids, a visual inspection of the engine bay for oil and coolant leaks, and fault code scan using factory-approved diagnostic software. Remember, a FREE Inspection is not a diagnostic. If your car has a known issue or is outside what can be visually inspected, you should schedule a diagnostic. Limit 1 FREE Inspection per car every 365 days.

When should you get a diagnostic?

If your car won’t start or has a recurring issue that can’t be detected with a visual inspection, we will recommend a diagnostic. We start at 1.5 hours and most issues are diagnosed in that time. Some electrical or engine issues could require 3 or more hours to diagnose. We will also recommend a diagnostic if you would like us to perform repairs to a vehicle that was not diagnosed at our shop. Our only exception would be if you have a diagnostic report from a dealership. Following our diagnostic, we will present a detailed inspection report (with photos and videos) along with an estimate for any repairs. All diagnostic appointments are scheduled as dropoffs (no waiting) and need a minimum of 3 hours to perform the diagnostic and prepare the estimate. Older cars can take longer and we will advise you accordingly when we go over the inspection.

When should you schedule a phone meeting or an in person meeting?

A phone or in person meeting is a meeting with our front end staff to discuss your project that is coming into the shop or currently in the shop (no technicians will be on the call). These appointments allow our team members the opportunity to give you dedicated attention. We will provide as much information as possible during these meetings, but some things are beyond our control due to the ongoing labor and parts shortage worldwide. Excessive follow-ups will incur administrative costs.

What kind of oil do we use?

At the heart of your car is the motor, and the motor oil is your car’s blood. Not all oils and additives are the same. As performance driving machines, there is a need for high-quality oil products in every European and Luxury model we service. Oil does more for your motor than just lubricate and cool. It has to work efficiently at very high pressures and temperatures. The oil also has to clean the motor of fuel particles, acids, abrasions, combustion residues, and water, as well as protect the motor from corrosion and guarantee nothing will be able to get in. Modern motor oils, like LIQUI MOLY, are high-tech products tailor-made for your car. That’s why car manufacturers only give their approval to selected oils, and why we selected LIQUI MOLY as our exclusive product for oil change service.

You want an oil treatment with your oil service…

We offer many LIQUI-MOLY additives that can help improve the performance of your vehicle and keep your Euro or Exotic auto running like new.  There are a few common treatments. Just add which one you want to the notes when you book your appointment. If you aren’t sure, we can help you select the right additive for your car and mileage.

What is our cancellation policy?

We understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore we request that you give us at least 24-hour notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled after the 24-hour period will incur a charge of 50% of the specific service amount. Clients that cancel the day of their scheduled appointment or “no show” will be charged the full 100% of the specific service amount. What is our late policy?

To respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time allotted. If we do not hear from you within 15 minutes or more into your scheduled appointment time it will be considered a “no show” and you will be charged 100% of your specific service scheduled.

What are the labor rates?

Our European Car (Audi, BMW, Mercedes, MINI Cooper, Porsche, and Volkswagen) labor rates start at $130 / hour. Performance and Vehicle Fabrication rates are $149.97 / hour. Vehicle fabrication includes anything that is a vehicle modification, outside of manufacturer specifications. Our High-End Luxury and Exotic (Bentley, Ferrari. Lamborghini, Rolls Royce) labor rates are $149.97 / hour.

Do we offer tow service?

Do we offer financing?

Yes. We offer 90 days, 6 months, and 12 months same as cash financing when you make the minimum monthly payments. Ask for details. The application process is easy!

Do we warranty our work?

Yes! Repairs include a 24,000 mile, 2 year nationwide parts and labor warranty. If any of the parts need replacing, you can come back to our shop if you are local (within 20 miles), or if you are in another location, you can put in your zip code to find a repair shop near you. Be sure to review the warranty paperwork we provide and follow it very carefully to ensure any towing services you require are covered.
