What precautions are you taking during COVID-19 to ensure the health of our staff and customers?
✅ We keep a super clean shop, but we have kicked things up. We have completely disinfected our building with a hospital-grade disinfectant, which we are doing 3 times per day. We disinfect the surface area of every vehicle that we go in. We sterilize every piece of mail and received parts as each arrives. All of our staff are required to wear gloves and masks so please don’t be scared if you come to the shop. These measures are necessary to ensure we stay healthy for you and our families.
✅ We offer courtesy towing for repairs that exceed $1,500 (up to 25 miles). Each additional mile is $3.50 per mile. If your repairs are less than $1,500, our tow costs are $75 for pickup which includes the first 10 miles and $3.50 per mile.
✅ You must have an appointment. When you arrive for your appointment, pull up to the cones or park in a parking spot in the adjacent lot (white building). After parking, place keys in the blue dropbox.
✅ All inspections, estimates, approvals, payments will all be handled digitally. No cash will be accepted at this time.
✅ Upon completion of work and time for pickup, we will call you to see if you want to pick up your car or if you would like to arrange a dropoff.
✅ When your vehicle is complete, we will call you to coordinate pickup at our shop or we can dropoff to you. If you are picking up, we will text you a code so you can retrieve your keys from a secure lockbox once you arrive on site.

What kinds of cars do you service?
We service Aston Martin, Audi, Bentley, BMW, Ferrari, Lamborghini, Mercedes-Benz, Mercedes Sprinter Vans, McLaren, MINI Cooper, Porsche, Rolls Royce, and Volkswagen. Our Mechanics are Factory Trained Master Technicians that are required to maintain their certifications.
What’s included in a FREE Inspection?
Our FREE Inspections for Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, MINI Cooper, Porsche, and Volkswagen Drivers include a visual inspection of brakes, tires, and fluids, a visual inspection of the engine bay for oil and coolant leaks, and fault code scan using factory-approved diagnostic software. Remember, a FREE Inspection is not a diagnostic. If your car has a known issue or is outside what can be visually inspected, you should schedule a diagnostic. Limit 1 FREE Inspection per car every 365 days.
When should I get a diagnostic?
If your car won’t start or has a recurring issue that can’t be detected with a visual inspection, we will recommend a diagnostic. We start at 1 hour and most issues are diagnosed in 1 hour. Some electrical or engine issues could require 3 or more hours to diagnose. We will also recommend a diagnostic if you would like us to perform repairs to a vehicle that was not diagnosed at our shop. Our only exception would be if you have a diagnostic report from a dealership. Following our diagnostic, we will present a detailed inspection report (with photos and videos) along with an estimate for any repairs.
What kind of oil do you use?
At the heart of your car is the motor, and the motor oil is your car’s blood. Not all oils and additives are the same. As performance driving machines, there is a need for high-quality oil products in every European and Luxury model we service. Oil does more for your motor than just lubricate and cool. It has to work efficiently at very high pressures and temperatures. The oil also has to clean the motor of fuel particles, acids, abrasions, combustion residues, and water, as well as protect the motor from corrosion and guarantee nothing will be able to get in. Modern motor oils, like LIQUI MOLY, are high-tech products tailor-made for your car. That’s why car manufacturers only give their approval to selected oils, and why we selected LIQUI MOLY as our exclusive product for oil change service.

We offer many LIQUI-MOLY additives that can help improve the performance of your vehicle and keep your Euro or Exotic auto running like new. There are a few common treatments. Just add which one you want to the notes when you book your appointment.
What is your cancellation policy?

What are your labor rates?
Our European Car (Audi, BMW, Mercedes, MINI Cooper, Porsche, and Volkswagen) labor rates start at $110 / hour. Performance and Vehicle Fabrication rates are $139.97 / hour. Vehicle fabrication includes anything that is a vehicle modification, outside of manufacturer specifications. Our High-End Luxury and Exotic (Bentley, Ferrari. Lamborghini, Rolls Royce) labor rates are $139.97 / hour.
Do you offer tow service?
We offer 1-way tow service if your repairs exceed $1,500 (up to 25 miles). For over 25 miles and excluded scenarios, we charge $1.50 per mile. Call or Text (904) 270-9390 to request a tow.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer 90 days same as cash financing. Ask for details. The application process is easy!
Do you warranty your work?
Yes! Repairs include a 24,000 mile, 2 year nationwide parts and labor warranty. If any of the parts need replacing, you can come back to our shop if you are local, or if you are in another location, you can put in your zip to find a repair shop near you.

i drove from Atlanta to Jacksonville to buy a Ferrari F430, i wanted a pre purchase inspection done , since it was a Sunday no shop was opened, i goggled Ferrari repair shops and Bavarian popped up, called and left them a message , Sunday night. I am the proud owner of a 2004 BMW Z-4, 3.0i with only 42K miles.My nightmare started when the transmission died and had the car taken to Bavarian Rennsport. After a new transmission from BMW we thought that all is well and on our way, two weeks later car died transmission light on, car will not move, burned out module,which was replaced,the car only went a short distance shuts down again. Sent car to BMW diagnostic they said burned out dash board need replaced at a cost of thousands. Shawn the owner said that cant be, and he will find the cause, they spent thousand of their dollars to figure out what was the cause.A burned out door sensor that told the transmission the doors are open and the car should go into park mode, if you keep driving you rip up the transmission.NO ONE COULD FIND THIS CAUSE THEY DID. What was my cost I paid for the module, they absorbed the rest. What a stand up company, no other place to take your BMW.

I am new to the Bavarian family. My first experience was them working on my all original 1973 2002 Tii a couple of months ago. Communication was great and the work was done in a timely manner. Because of this experience, I trusted them to pick up my new addition to the family last week, 1976 S14 2002. It was a flawless experience.
