Bavarian Rennsport Authorization Form & Vehicle Release Policy

I hereby authorize Bavarian Rennsport to make the specified repairs to my vehicle. I hereby acknowledge the fact that I am at least Eighteen (18) years of age and the record owner of the vehicle.

Bavarian Rennsport will not be held responsible for loss or damage of vehicle in case of fire, theft, accident, or any other cause beyond our control. I hereby acknowledge that I have removed my personal and/or valuables from my vehicle and that there is no firearm left in my vehicle. I agree Bavarian Rennsport will not be responsible for any items claimed missing during this visit.

I hereby further acknowledge that I have full binding authority to consent to the vehicle repairs being conducted at Bavarian Rennsport. I hereby grant Bavarian Rennsport employees permission to operate the vehicle on the streets, highways, or elsewhere for the purposes of testing and or inspection of vehicle.

I understand that if my repairs exceed $1000, I will be required to pay a 50% deposit (or 100% of parts pricing whichever is greater) to begin work and order parts. Invoices are not final until the work is complete. The final balance is due upon completion of work and there are no refunds. Once my deposit has been made, parts will be ordered and after the parts arrive, work will be scheduled for completion. The Estimate and Diagnostic Fee is based on manufacturer's book hours and shop's hourly rate. Estimates are only valid for 30 days.

NOTICE: Due to many unforeseen circumstances in the repairing of automobiles we regret that we can only estimate, not promise, a completion time. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

Customer agrees that Bavarian Rennsport shall have a lien against the vehicle for any and all amounts until paid in full. Customer agrees to pay any and all costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees Bavarian Rennsport incurs relating to any action in replevin, including any action by an insurer if customer transfer title/ownership of vehicle. I understand that I cannot transfer the title or ownership of the vehicle to any person/entity including an insurer that declares my vehicle a total loss, until Bavarian Rennsport costs have been paid in full.

Phone Calls, Emails, Texts, Photos & Videos:

I acknowledge that I will receive phone calls, text messages and emails regarding my service and future car repair needs. I also acknowledge that all calls and activities on premise are being video and audio recorded, and Bavarian Rennsport has the right to use photos or videos of my likeness, my car and/or my interactions with its employees.

Shop Warranty:

Bavarian Rennsport Offers a 2 YR/ 24,000 mile limited warranty on all parts and labor unless otherwise specified. There is no warranty on performance, aftermarket, or customer supplied parts.

Declining Work:

If I am declining any of the services or diagnostic time that is recommended, I am assuming all liability and risk. If repairs or diagnostics are required, I am aware that continuing to drive the vehicle in this condition is highly likely to cause further damages. In the event I drive the vehicle in this condition & cause further damages, Bavarian Rennsport LLC CANNOT be held liable. I will have 30 days from the date of pickup to proceed with the needed repairs. In the event I decide to proceed after 30 days Bavarian Rennsport LLC will need to diagnose the vehicle again.

Storage Fees:

I will be charged $30/day for vehicles not picked up within 72 hours of completion (unless the invoice is paid in full). All parts provided are new unless otherwise stated or requested by the client/customer. Labor is based on the shops hourly rate only.

Arbitration:

I expressly waive any right to sue Bavarian Rennsport for any potential damages incurred in connection with the aforementioned repairs, except for those claims against Bavarian Rennsport arising out of its own negligence. I agree to arbitration in Florida if any issues can't be resolved by speaking directly with management.

AFTER THE VEHICLE HAS LEFT THE FACILITY SHAWN WELK & BAVARIAN RENNSPORT ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT HAPPEN TO THE VEHICLE AFTER IT IS TAKEN IT OFF THE PROPERTY.
