Job Summary
We are Customer Service driven and we’re looking for a European Automotive Service & Parts Consultant that puts our customers first.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Greet our customers with a smile as they arrive or call the shop
- Complete all service documents
- Represent and sell recommended maintenance and repair work
- Follow-up with each customer on declined work
- Effectively manage activity in the service lane
- Maintain ongoing conversations with extended warranty providers
- Parts sourcing and ordering from preferred vendors
- Assist Shop Assistants with checking in parts and checking in cars
Qualifications and Skills
- Automotive industry experience (or knowledge) is required
- Service writing experience is helpful, but not required
- Professional appearance
- Strong communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Able to sell/recommend service
- Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Pass a drug test

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30-52K per year, plus opportunity for additional bonuses and raises for exemplary performance
Hours: 8am-7pm
Days: Monday-Friday
