Position Overview
We’re seeking a dedicated Motorsport Multimedia Specialist to lead the capture, production, and publishing of all content related to Bavarian Rennsport. If you live and breathe automotive performance and have the creative and technical skills to translate that passion into powerful media, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Video Production & Editing
Film high-quality video content including shop tours, vehicle builds, rollers, events, and customer testimonials.
Edit and produce dynamic videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and the Bavarian Rennsport website.
Brand Alignment
Ensure all visual and written content reflects Bavarian Rennsport’s premium positioning and brand guidelines.
Photography
Capture compelling still images of vehicles, parts, team members, and shop activities.
Create content for marketing materials, social media, and print advertising.
Drone Operation
Safely operate drones for aerial shots of the facility and motorsport events (FAA Part 107 certification preferred).
Content Planning & Storyboarding
Develop concepts and scripts that highlight Bavarian Rennsport’s expertise, culture, and results.
Motion Graphics
Add branded motion graphics and overlays to enhance storytelling.
Publishing & Scheduling
Manage content calendars and schedule posts across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and the website.
Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years in video production, photography, and editing – preferably in motorsports, automotive, or action sports.
Technical Skills
Organization & Communication:
Strong time management and clear communication with the marketing team.
Video:
Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
Social Media & Analytics:
Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite to schedule posts, and interpret performance data.
Passion for Motorsport:
Genuine enthusiasm for European performance cars, racing culture, and automotive storytelling.
Creative Vision:
Ability to capture and edit exciting, brand-aligned content that engages an audience of car enthusiasts.
Physical Readiness:
Comfortable working around vehicles, in shop environments, and at outdoor motorsport and track events.
