COVID-19 Update: We Are An Essential Business

To Our Customers and Friends,

Similar to everyone in the world, our team is closely following the COVID-19 pandemic and how it will impact our families, community, and economy.

At this time, our shop is fully staffed and open during regular business hours. We have made several necessary adjustments to our shop and daily operations, including precautionary measures to prevent the spread of this infectious disease when you drop off and pick up your vehicles.

By honoring and respecting the requests of our Federal government, CDC and World Health Organization, we are doing what is in the best interest of our staff, clients, and community by isolating from the general public, even if it’s not what’s best for the bottom line.

Our COVID-19 Essential Business Protocols:

  • NO WALK-INS! Everyone must have an appointment.
  • We offer courtesy towing for repairs that exceed $1,500 (up to 25 miles). If your tow exceeds 25 miles, or if your repair is under $1,500, we charge $1.50 per mile.
  • If you would like to drop off your car, park in the driveway when you pull up to the cones or park in a parking spot in the adjacent lot. Once you are parked, place your keys in the blue dropbox and press the Ring Bell above the box if you need to talk to us (we will be alerted when you arrive on the property). If you see any of our team members on the property, we ask that you respect the 6-foot distance guidelines that have been set forth by the CDC.
  • We are offering 20% off labor on general repairs when you ask for the COVID-19 Economic Stimulus Package. This discount excludes oil changes, pre purchase inspections, performance and tuning parts and services, and customer supplied parts. This discount can't be combined with other discounts.
  • We keep a super clean shop, but we have kicked things up. We have completely disinfected our building with a hospital-grade disinfectant, which we are doing 3 times per day. We disinfect the surface areas that we touch inside every vehicle we go in. All of our staff are required to wear gloves and masks. These measures are necessary to ensure we stay healthy for you and our families.
  • All inspections, estimates, approvals, payments will all be handled digitally. No cash will be accepted at this time.
  • Upon completion of work and time for pickup, we will send you an invoice so you pay digitally for your services. After we receive your payment, your car will be ready for pickup and we will text you a code for the box that has your key.
  • If you see any of our team members on the property, we ask that you respect the 6-foot distance guidelines that have been set forth by the CDC.

As you can imagine, small businesses are suffering the most during this time. We appreciate your business and your support of our family-owned business. Your continued business will allow us to keep providing for our families.

Our FREE Inspection includes a visual inspection of brakes, suspension, tires, and fluids, a visual inspection of engine bay for oil and coolant leaks, and fault code scan.

If your vehicle has a known issue, a diagnostic is required. Please be advised that in the event of any unexpected wait time other clients' vehicles may take longer than expected to diagnose and treat so unfortunate delays do occur. We will get to your vehicle as soon as possible.

To dropoff for your appointment:

What precautions are you taking during COVID-19 to ensure the health of our staff and customers?

✅ We keep a super clean shop, but we have kicked things up. We have completely disinfected our building with a hospital-grade disinfectant, which we are doing 3 times per day. We disinfect the surface area of every vehicle that we go in. We sterilize every piece of mail and received parts as each arrives. All of our staff are required to wear gloves and masks so please don’t be scared if you come to the shop. These measures are necessary to ensure we stay healthy for you and our families.

✅ Upon completion of work and time for pickup, we will call you to see if you want to pick up your car or if you would like to arrange a dropoff.
✅ When your vehicle is complete, we will call you to coordinate pickup at our shop or we can dropoff to you. If you are picking up, we will text you a code so you can retrieve your keys from a secure lockbox once you arrive on site.
