To Our Customers and Friends, Similar to everyone in the world, our team is closely following the COVID-19 pandemic and how it will impact our families, community, and economy. At this time, our shop is fully staffed and open during regular business hours. We have made several necessary adjustments to our shop and daily operations, including precautionary measures to prevent the spread of this infectious disease when you drop off and pick up your vehicles. By honoring and respecting the requests of our Federal government, CDC and World Health Organization, we are doing what is in the best interest of our staff, clients, and community by continuing to maintain a safe distance from the general public, however, we will no longer require our customers to wear a mask.
Our On-Going COVID-19 Essential Business Protocols:
NO WALK-INS! Everyone must have an appointment. All appointments are dropoffs, except for oil changes or if you have made other arrangements with our team.
We offer courtesy towing for repairs that exceed $1,500 (up to 25 miles). If your tow exceeds 25 miles, or if your repair is under $1,500, we charge $75 for the hookup (includes first 10 miles) and $3.50 per additional mile.
To drop off your car, park in a parking spot in the adjacent lot between our large warehouse and the 1 story white building. Once you are parked, place your keys in the blue dropbox and press the Ring Bell above the box if you need to talk to us (we will be alerted when you arrive on the property). If you see any of our team members on the property, we ask that you respect the 6-foot distance guidelines that have been set forth by the CDC.
We keep a super clean shop, but we have kicked things up. We have completely disinfected our building with a hospital-grade disinfectant, which we are doing throughout the day. We disinfect the surface areas that we touch inside every vehicle we go in. All of our staff are required to wear gloves and masks. These measures are necessary to ensure we stay healthy for you and our families.
All inspections, estimates, approvals, payments will all be handled digitally. No cash will be accepted at this time.
Upon completion of work and time for pickup, we will send you an invoice so you can pay digitally for your services. After we receive your payment, your car will be ready for pickup and we will text you a code for the box that has your key. You can also pickup your car during shop hours.

Our FREE Inspection includes a visual inspection of brakes, suspension, tires, and fluids, a visual inspection of engine bay for oil and coolant leaks, and fault code scan.
If your vehicle has a known issue, a diagnostic is required. Please be advised that in the event of any unexpected wait time other clients' vehicles may take longer than expected to diagnose and treat so unfortunate delays do occur. We will get to your vehicle as soon as possible.

What precautions are we taking during COVID-19 to ensure the health of our staff and customers?

We disinfect the surface area of every vehicle that we go in. We sterilize every piece of mail and received parts as each arrives. We follow CDC guidelines regarding wearing gloves and masks, and keeping a 6 foot distance.

✅ You must have an appointment. When you arrive for your appointment, pull up to the cones or park in a parking spot in the adjacent lot (white building). After parking, place keys in the blue dropbox at the first door of the main warehouse. If you have scheduled a quick service appointment and need to wait, we have a very comfortable climate-controlled waiting area with complimentary bottled water, snacks, and wifi.
✅ All inspections, estimates, approvals, payments will all be handled digitally. No cash will be accepted at this time.
✅ When your vehicle is complete, we will send your inspection and your estimate digitally. Once your invoice is paid, we will text you a code so you can retrieve your keys from a secure lockbox on site.

This is my first time using Bavarian Rennsport and I can honestly say they are way more friendlier than the actual dealer (BMW)! The reality is that while BMWs can be a joy to own and drive, they can also be more than a little scary to maintain. The team at Bavarian Rennsport has been great at taking that anxiety away. They have always been honest, forthright, and willing to take time to discuss options and the details of the diagnosis. They have also taken time to discuss all sorts of additional questions related to upgrades, and even helping me decide whether to keep the car or move on to something else. Shawn in particular has spent extensive time on the phone discussing options and the virtues of one car over another. Chaz and Jeremy are also two individuals I’ve worked with extensively, and they’ve constantly been knowledgable and patient. Great shop and great team.
i drove from Atlanta to Jacksonville to buy a Ferrari F430, i wanted a pre purchase inspection done , since it was a Sunday no shop was opened, i goggled Ferrari repair shops and Bavarian popped up, called and left them a message , Sunday night. I got a call from Chad the next morning, they were able to accommodate me on short notice, excellent customer service, they checked out the Ferrari on my behalf, and emailed me a copy of the report. They did a great job. will definitely do business with them again.
