COVID-19 Update: We Are An Essential Business

To Our Customers and Friends, Similar to everyone in the world, our team is closely following the COVID-19 pandemic and how it will impact our families, community, and economy. At this time, our shop is fully staffed and open during regular business hours. We have made several necessary adjustments to our shop and daily operations, including precautionary measures to prevent the spread of this infectious disease when you drop off and pick up your vehicles. By honoring and respecting the requests of our Federal government, CDC and World Health Organization, we are doing what is in the best interest of our staff, clients, and community by continuing to maintain a safe distance from the general public, however, we will no longer require our customers to wear a mask.

Our On-Going COVID-19 Essential Business Protocols:

  • NO WALK-INS! Everyone must have an appointment. All appointments are dropoffs, except for oil changes or if you have made other arrangements with our team.
  • To drop off your car, park in a parking spot in the adjacent lot between our large warehouse and the 1 story white building. Once you are parked, place your keys in the blue dropbox and press the Ring Bell above the box if you need to talk to us (we will be alerted when you arrive on the property). If you see any of our team members on the property, we ask that you respect the 6-foot distance guidelines that have been set forth by the CDC.
  • We keep a super clean shop, but we have kicked things up. We have completely disinfected our building with a hospital-grade disinfectant, which we are doing throughout the day. We disinfect the surface areas that we touch inside every vehicle we go in. All of our staff are required to wear gloves and masks. These measures are necessary to ensure we stay healthy for you and our families.
  • All inspections, estimates, approvals, payments will all be handled digitally. No cash will be accepted at this time.
  • Upon completion of work and time for pickup, we will send you an invoice so you can pay digitally for your services. After we receive your payment, your car will be ready for pickup and we will text you a code for the box that has your key. You can also pickup your car during shop hours.
  • If you see any of our team members on the property, we ask that you respect the 6-foot distance guidelines that have been set forth by the CDC.
