The ideal candidate is upbeat, energetic, positive, and professional, excels in a team environment, and helps keep the shop running smoothly by supporting the leading roles. Be aware that this is a demanding and fast-paced environment that will require attention to detail, patience and a willingness to learn. Must have automotive experience.

What Will You Do Every Day?

Concierge Services will include:

  • Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time spent on hold.
  • Book and coordinate appointments for our clients.
  • Greet and provide directions or information to clients.
  • Check clients in and out while making sure their needs have been met.
  • Picking up and delivering cars from client’s house.
  • Check clients in and out upon arrival.
  • Create and file invoices with job tickets.
  • Perform follow up and process new business; service existing client relationships.

Additional Responsibilities May Include:

  • Help open and close the shop (support assistant manager and shop assistants).
  • Check Phone Log, Emails and all social media platforms for messages.
  • Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines.
  • Work closely with the Service team to ensure a great experience for clients.
  • Help with shop inventory (keep the shelves stocked and order when low).
  • Communicate with outside or 3rd party vendors for parts and shop supplies.
  • Work on administrative activities and other management requests.
  • Writing estimates and giving clients quotes based on their request.

What are the qualifications for the role?

  • An upbeat, energetic, positive, mature, professional and team player attitude.
  • A high school diploma or GED required some college preferred.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Drive Automatic and Manual Transmission.
  • Have a Valid Drivers License.
  • Customer service skills are a must.
  • The ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while remaining courteous in person as well as on the phone.
  • Proven experience with customer-service, help desk or technical support, account management and/or Business to Business support.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • Automotive service experience preferred.
  • Have the ability to work well under pressure and with a diverse range of personalities.
  • Professional appearance.
  • Show attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to learn new shop Management System(s), Outlook, MS Office, etc.
  • Continuously expanding your knowledge in the automotive industry.
